10CrNi3MoV钢焊接接头夏比吸收功与CTOD值的关系及其在安全评定中的应用

摘    要:在结构安全评定时,材料的断裂韧度常由CTOD特征值δC表征。但CTOD试验十分复杂,在许多实际场合可行性不高。与之相对,用于测定材料冲击韧性的夏比冲击试验简单易行,吸收功AKV应用广泛。为了方便船体焊接接头的安全评定工作,考察了10CrNi3MoV钢焊接接头的δC与AKV的数值关系,建立了两者之间的估算公式。基于大量试验,应用结构完整性评定SINTAP方法对两副等匹配接头进行安全评定。结果表明,与利用CTOD特征值的第1级评定结果相比,基于估算公式、利用夏比吸收功Akv完成的第0级评定具有一定保守性;但两者结论相差不大,吻合度较好。

Abstract:For safety assessment of metal structures,material toughness is usually characterized by CTOD critical value δC.Unfortunately this test is so complicated that it’s impractical in many actual cases.In contrast,Charpy V-notched impact test is quite simple and the absorbing energy AKV is widely used.In order to facilitate the assessment work of weld joints in shipbuilding,this paper is mainly concerned with the numeric relation between AKV and δC of 10CrNi3MoV steel weld joint.Based on existing studies,the paper set up an estimation formula.As shown in the evaluation of 2 joints with SINTAP approach,with the equation proposed by this paper,the level 0 assessment based on Charpy test agrees well with the level 1 based on CTOD test in spite of a little conservation.And that could indicate the application is acceptable in certain occasions.
