| 摘 要： | 从弧长稳定控制出发，分析了变速送丝系统的放大倍数对弧长稳定性的影响，研制了用ＰＩＤ调节器和专用晶管称移相触 发器组成的电弧电压反馈式闭环控制孤长的系统集成化电路，使其既适用于埋弧自动焊，也适用于粗丝气体保护自动焊。

| Abstract: | This essay begins from the control of arc stabilizer,analyzing the influence of magnifying multiple of gearing wire-convey system on the control of arc stability;developing the systematic integrated circuit of which the arc is controled by the arc voltage feedback close ring controled with PID adjustor and special phase shift trigger;making it be used for both automatic sybmerged arc welding and co 2 gas shieleled welding with bold wire. |
