锂电池超声波焊机声学系统的研制

摘    要:本文对超声波焊机声学系统的复合式聚能器的设计进行了理论研究和实际应用。用CAD法设计和制造了复合式矩型截面聚能器;用有限元软件设计了复杂结构的耦合杆,并在耦合杆上采用螺纹连接,实现了一机多用。目前,该锂电池专用焊机已成功地用于实际生产中。

Developing of Acoustics System in Ultrasonics Welding for Li-Battery
Abstract:The design of energy complex collecting unit in ultrasonics welding machine is studied in this paper. The energy complex collecting unit with retangle cross section is designed by CAD and also manufactured. The complex structure of coupling bar is design using finite unit software. The coupling bar with srew conection makes the machine universal. This machine has been used in practice successfully.
