摘    要:导电线圈采用铝箔绕制过程中,需要对铝箔进行焊接。由于铝箔超薄(约0.25mm),采用常规MAG、TIG等焊接方法容易烧穿母材,很难形成有效的焊接接头。采用超声波焊接方法,从焊接振幅、焊接压力、焊接时间等参数着手,选择一套完整的焊接工艺,制作了多个焊接样本,并通过焊接接头机械性能、电镜扫描、微观金相等试验手段,全面分析铝箔焊接质量的可靠性。试验结果表明,采用超声波焊接铝箔是可行的,该焊接工艺能够获得满足设计要求的焊接接头。

Abstract:During the winding process of aluminum foil used in the lead wire loop,aluminum foil needs to be welded. Because the aluminum foil is extremely thin (about 0.25 mm),using conventional welding methods such as MAG and TIG will be easy to burn through the base material and is difficult to form an effective welded joint. In this paper,a ultrasonic welding method is used and a complete set of welding technology is selected from the parameters of welding amplitude,welding pressure,welding time and so on. A number of welding samples are made,and the reliability of the welding quality of aluminum foil is comprehensively analyzed by the test methods of welded joint,such as mechanical property,scanning electron microscope and microscopic metallographic test. The results show that the ultrasonic welding of aluminum foil is feasible,and this welding technology can obtain the welded joints that meet the design requirements.
