| 摘 要： | 探讨了采用微波高温技术焊接WC-Co硬质合金与Cr12冷作钢的可行性.试验中将硬质合金混合粉直接压制在清洁的冷作钢基底表面,而后在微波多模腔中高温处理.结果表明,在升温速度约103℃/min,测量温度在1000～1100℃,保温时间小于10min的条件下能够实现硬质合金与Cr12钢的有效焊接,整个过程约20min.SEM分析显示,样品焊缝纯净,基底合金元素向硬质合金层扩散,具有良好的结合效果.微波焊接工艺结合了硬质合金烧结与硬质合金和冷作钢的焊接,从而周期短、步骤简单,有一定的发展前景,但也面临焊接条件苛刻、硬质合金欠烧以及基底烧蚀等问题.
