摘    要:通过对低频纵向磁场作用下埋弧堆焊焊缝成形、硬度、耐磨性及微观组织分析,研究了低频磁场对熔敷金属的组织和力学性能的影响规律,探讨了低频磁场改善熔敷金属组织形态、提高堆焊层耐磨性的机理.试验发现,加低频纵向磁场后焊缝的熔宽增加,熔深略有减少;晶粒尺寸由25.6μm降低到10.6 μn,硬度由50.5HRC提高到55.0HR...
