镁合金活性TIG焊焊接接头组织特征分析

摘    要:对活性化焊接(A-TIG)方法在镁合金焊接中的应用进行了初步的探讨。选取TiO2作为活性剂,研究了单一活性剂TiO2对镁合金焊接后微观组织的影响。试验结果表明,涂敷单一活性剂TiO2可以使焊缝熔深比常规的TIG焊增加2倍。与未涂敷活性剂的焊缝相比,涂敷TiO2活性剂可以增大焊接的熔深,减小熔宽。

Abstract:The effect of activating fluxes with single component TiO_2 on weld form in tungsten inert-gas(TIG) welding of magnesium alloy is studied. The experimental results show that the penetration is more than 2 times compared to the conventional TIG welding. Compared with weld made without flux the penetration increases, and the width decreases. The flux developed has no effect on the microstructure.
