GH2132摩擦焊接过程中焊接区金属的再结晶过程

摘    要:采用在摩擦焊接过程中不同时刻停车迅速冷却的方法,研究了GH2132材料摩擦焊接过程中的动态及静态再结晶过程。通过回归分析,建立了动态再结晶晶粒尺寸与温度,应变速率之间的定量关系。

Abstract:The present investigation has an initial study on the static and dynamic recrystallization of weld metal during friction welding of superalloy GH2132, by making the joint quickly cool down as soon as the break being applied to stop the rotation at different time of friction welding cycle. The quantitative relationship between the recrystallized grain size and the temperature as to as the strain rate is established by the regression analysis. The research results show that the process of friction welding is mainly a process of dynamic recrystallization, the recrystallization grain size has a close relationship with the Zener-Holloman parameter.
