摘    要:采用Ag-Cu-Ti活性钎料真空钎焊Cf/SiC与钛合金,利用扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射对钎焊接头组织结构进行分析,利用剪切试验检测接头力学性能.结果表明,接头反应产物主要有TiC,Ti3SiC2,Ti5Si3,Ag,TiCu,Ti3Cu4和Ti2Cu.在Cf/SiC复合材料附近形成TiC+ Ti3SiC2/Ti5S...
