摘    要:针对稠油泵灰口铸铁壳体内表面由于磨损,使其寿命达不到使用要求的问题,采用钨极氩弧重熔方法来强化铸铁表面,并在此基础上,在外加磁场的作用下,对铸铁表面进行了局部重熔处理,系统地研究了各种条件下磁场强度对重熔层的硬度及耐磨性的影响。找到了其影响规律。并对此进行了系统的理论分析研究。结果表明,引入适当的外加磁场不仅可以促进一次及二次结晶组织的均匀细化,减少了重熔层中的裂纹和气孔等缺陷,而且能够提高重熔层的表面硬度,使重熔层的表面耐磨性也显著增加,材料的表面性能可以得到明显的改善。

Abstract:Due to the wear of insider surface of thick oil pump crust made of grey cast iron,its service time is too short to satisfy using requirement.In order to solve the problem,the surface of cast iron is strengthened through TIG arc remelting.In addition to it,a magnetic field is applied during remelting.This article studies systematically the effect of magnetic field on the wear resistibility and hardness of the remelted layer under varieties of conditions,finds its regularity and makes theoretical analysis.The result indicates that the introducing of proper magnetic field not only can refine the first and second crystal structure,decrease the defects such as blowhole and fissure etc,but also can improve the strength of remelted layer,increase the hardness and wear resistance of remelted surface and improve the surface properties remarkably.
