摘    要:对变截面导弹发射筒的缠绕工艺进行了研究。目的在于简化工艺,提高精度,减轻质量,节约成本,缩短生产周期。详细地介绍了这种发射筒的成形工艺选择、芯模设计、准备工艺设计、缠绕线形设计以及缠绕工艺设计,使这种发射筒满足武器系统提出的新要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces the research on the variable cross section missile launcher moulding technology. The purpose is simplifying working process, improving precision,decreasing weight, saving cost and shortening manufacture periods. It introduces launcher moulding technology selection, mould design, mould preparation, wind line pattern design and wind technology design in detail. This missile launcher meets the requirements of weapon system.
