摘    要:研究了泡沫铝芯三明治板材U型弯曲工艺,建立了冲压弯曲试验系统,给出了泡沫铝芯三明治板材弯曲变形模式和载荷位移曲线。综合运用试验、塑性力学理论分析了三明治板材冲压弯曲宏微观协调变形机制,以及泡沫铝三明治板材冲压成形板面泡沫铝芯问界面剥离、圆角半径处过度减薄、泡沫铝芯剪应力裂纹等主要成形缺陷。探讨了压边力和冲压成形板厚的控制规律。

Abstract:The article studies the U-bending process of aluminium foam sandwich (AFS), and the experimental system of U-bending is established. The bending deformation modes and load-displacement curves of AFS are given by experiments. The macro-micro coordination deformation mechanism of AFS is analyzed synthetically by using experiments and plastic mechanics theory, And major deformation defects such as the delamination between panel and foam core, the excessive thinning of fillet radius and the shear stress cracks of foam core are also studied. Lastly, the control rules of btankholder force, and the change rules of stamp specimen thickness with increased punch stroke are discussed.
