摘    要:探讨了快速变形法细化钛铝合金晶粒。铸态TiAl合金不仅晶粒粗大而且成分偏析严重,通过对其进行第一次快速锻造变形及热处理后,绝大部分粗大晶粒可以得到细化,但仍残留少量粗大晶粒。随后再继续对其施以第二次快速锻造变形及热处理,使残存的粗大晶粒全部得到细化。经过晶粒细化,TiAl合金具有理想的力学性能

Abstract:Grain refining of TiAl intermetallics by rapid deformation was investigated. The as cast TiAl alloy had large gain size and serious composition segregation. Most of the large grains of TiAl alloy could be refined after the first rapid deformation and heat treatment. However, a few large grains of TiAl still remained. When the second rapid deformation and heat treatment were conducted, all of the remaining large TiAl gains could be refined. After the grains were refined, the mechanical properties of TiAl were significantly improved.
