摘    要:研究了Al-Si/Al-Mn三层复合钎焊箔冷轧复合工艺,分析了初始配对比和压下率对轧制复合包覆率的影响;在此基础上,提出了复合包覆率的经验方程式。同时也分析了成品冷轧前退火温度、退火时间对成品力学性能的影响。

Abstract:The cold roll bonding process of Al Si/Al Mn sandwich brazing foil was investigated, and the effect of the initial clad rate and the cold roll deformation degree on the clad rate was analysed, on the basis of which the empirical equation of clad rate was established. Also, the effect of the temperature and time of the per cold roll annealing on the mechanical properties of the finished products was discussed.
