摘    要:研究了SiCp/ZA27复合材料粒子含量、粒度对其不同温度下的磨损行为的影响,探讨了磨损机制。结果表明:SiCp的加入明显提高ZA27的高温耐磨性能,且随其数量的增多而增强;SiCp的粒度有一最优值。其磨损机制与SiCp的粒度、含量以及测试温度有关。耐磨性增加的主要原因是SiCp提高了基体抵抗变形的能力。

Abstract:Wear resistance of SiC p/ZA27 composites under different temperatures were studied. The effects of SiC p content, size and experimental temperature on the wear of the composites were investigated, and their wear mechanisms were also discussed. The results indicated that the wear resistance of ZA27 at elevated temperature was enhanced due to the SiC p addition and was improved with the increase of SiC p content. There was an optimum value of SiCp size for the wear resistance of the composites. The wear mechanisms were different with the differences of SiC p content, size and temperature. The improvement of wear resistance was related to the increase of the deformation resistance of base alloy.
