Al—Ti—B晶粒细化合金中的有效形核相

摘    要:研究了AlTiB晶粒细化合金中各化合物相TiAl3、TiB2和AlB2对铝晶粒的细化作用。结果表明,TiAl3相是有效形核相,TiB2和AlB2相不能单独作为形核相,B对AlTiB的细化作用有显著影响,但B及硼化物不能单独影响细化过程,而是富集在TiAl3相中对细化过程产生重要影响。

Abstract:The effects of TiAl 3, TiB 2 and AlB 2 phases in the Al Ti B master alloy on grain refining of aluminium were studied. The results showed that the TiAl 3 phase is an effective nucleation agent, while the TiB 2 and AlB 2 phases can not be nucleation particles alone. The boron which has marked influence on the grain refining of Al Ti B master alloys does not have effect on refining process alone, but it would produce important effect on the refining process when it concentrates in the TiAl 3 phases.
