摘    要:内高压成形技术具有诸多的优点如零件具有重量轻、刚度好、零件数量少、可减少后续机械加工和组装焊接量及成本低等, 广泛应用于宇航、汽车等工业. 采用数值模拟技术对防锈铝内高压成形过程中材料的合理流动趋势及其对最终成形结果的影响进行了分析, 并与实验结果进行了比较. 结果表明低塑性材料-防锈铝成形过程中皱纹的形成及形状是关键, 影响到成形的结果, 应采用合理的工艺参数来控制皱纹的形成.

Abstract:The internal high pressure forming (IHF) technology that can be applied in the fields of aerospace and automobile etc has many advantages such as lightweight of parts, high rigidity, less components needed, amount of succeeding machining and welding assembling are reduced greatly, and low cost etc. By means of numerical simulation, the proper flow trend of material and the effect of material flow on the finished workpieces during IHF are analyzed. Some comparison between simulation and experiment are studied. It is shows that it is very important to control formation and shape of wrinkling by means of applying the optimized process parameters during IHF of low plasticity material.
