原位生成制备Al2O3增强铝基复合材料

摘    要:研究了综合搅拌铸造法和原位反应制备AI2O3增强铝基复合材料,向熔体中直接加入制备高纯AI2O3的原料AI2(SO4)3粉体,由反应分解的SO3可以对熔体进行精炼、除气。结果表明:AI2O3颗凿和基体结合良好,没发现气孔、团聚、集聚、偏析,克服了传统搅拌铸造所带来的铸造缺陷;AI2O3弥散增强铝基复合材料具有良好的冲击韧性和耐磨损性能;分解的SO3对熔体进行精炼、除气;被认为是颗 增强铝基得合材料

Abstract:In situ processed aluminum matrix composites reinforced by Al 2O 3 particles decomposed from Al 2(SO 4) 3 was made through stir casting by adding Al 2(SO 4) 3 to the molten alloy. Not only production cost is reduced, but also SO 3 decomposed from Al 2(SO 4) 3 can refine and remove the gas from the molten composites. As a result, Al 2O 3 and the matrix bonded well, thus improving the properties of ductility and wear behavior considerably, and eliminating the defects such as porosity and particles segregation as well. It is considered that the prerequisite to produce particulate reinforced aluminum matrix composites industrially is that SO 3 decomposed from Al 2(SO 4) 3 can refine and remove the gas from the molten composites.
