摘    要:在锻压成形过程中,摩擦不仅大大提高了模具载荷、变形温度,而且影响了变形过程中的应变分布及材料流动。本文采用塑性成形有限元分析锻压成形过程,提出改变模具局部摩擦的方法以优化工件材料流动和流动速度,避免锻压件的成形缺陷和确保模具中金属充满。将此方法应用于ABS汽车轮毂和曲轴成形过程,验证它的有效性。

Abstract:During the forging process, friction could not only increase the die load and deformation temperature, but also influence the strain distribution and material flow. Based on the study on forging process by FEM, this paper put forward a method to optimize the material flow and flow velocity by changing the local friction of dies, and consequently avoids the forming defects of forging pieces and make sure the material can fill the dies. This method is used in the forming process of hub and crank, and be tested effectiveness.
