摘    要:传统机械压力机的驱动机构是离合器-制动器、飞轮,这种驱动方式使其传动系统很难变速,故机械压力机的工艺适应性差.针对这种不足,提出了伺服电机直接驱动的压力机控制方案和新的滑块驱动模式,建立了滑块运动控制系统各环节的数学模型,在此基础上建立了基于Simulink的仿真模型并进行了仿真试验.根据伺服压力机的控制要求和监控任务,开发了控制系统软件,介绍了伺服压力机样机的运行情况,最后给出了伺服压力机样机和机械压力机的试验对比,验证了设计的正确性.

Abstract:The driving device of the conventional mechanical press is composed of clutch, brake and flywheel. Such driving style makes it hard to change the speed, so the mechanical press has less flexible. Aiming at the disadvantage of mechanical press, a new slide driving structure and press control concept were proposed. The mathematic model of the slide motion control was established, further more, with the mathematic model, the simulation model based on Simulink software was set up and the simulation experiments were carried out according to the demand of press control and monitoring. The press control system software was developed. Finally, an actual system and its stamping test were introduced. The test result shows that the design is correct.
