摘    要:采用主应力法和能量法对缩口成形工艺中的两个主要技术参数——缩口力和缩口尺寸进行分析,导出了以轴对称屈曲失稳作为破坏形式的临界缩口尺寸和缩口力的工程计算公式,所得结果对缩口工艺的拟定具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Two major technical parameters in the shaping process of necking, which are the necking force and dimension, are analyzed by using the major stress and energy methods. The engineering formula of the two parameters is derivated on the failure conditions of the inflectional instability of axial symmetry. The results are very valuable to determine the process of contracting mouth.
