摘    要:在将离合器打滑后工件工艺力曲线简化为直线的基础上,建立了力能关系的计算模型,据此模型并在确知离合器卸压阀特性的前提下得出了某型压力机3个相互关联的参数——最终打击力、离合器打滑后的工件变形量和变形功与预置打滑力之间的关系图,进而提出了打击力控制策略。

Abstract:Based on a simplification of deformation resistance curve into straight line, a mathematical model of force energy relation is established for clutch screw presses. With the model and given performance of release valve of the clutch, a relation diagram of ultimate blow force, workpiece deformation and deformation work since clutch slipping of a certain type of CSP with the preset slipping force is obtained. And a strategy for controling blow force for the press is put forward.
