摘    要:机身振动是影响机床精度、寿命及所生产零件质量的关键因素,偏心齿轮对压力机振动的影响分析日益受到重视。根据某型号压力机的结构建立三维模型,运用有限元分析软件,按照压力机的实际工作情况进行静力分析,综合各部分的变形量,得到压力机的等效刚度。建立压力机空转状态下的振动模型,提出相应的计算方法,得到压力机振动的固有频率及振幅与偏心齿轮转动角速度的变化关系,从而可以避免压力机的共振现象。在理论计算的基础上进一步实践检验,分析数据,得到偏心齿轮在给定的转速下偏心距、偏心齿轮质量与振幅的变化关系,为压力机空转时的振动设计提供合理的优化方案。

Abstract:Body vibration is the key factor affecting the precision, life and product quality of press.So the analysis on the influence of eccentric gears on the vibration of press has been paid more and more attention.The three-dimensional model was established based on the structure of a press,and the static analysis according to the actual working status of press was conducted by finite element analysis software.Then, the equivalent stiffness of press was obtained by integrating the deformation of each part, and a vibration model was set up under the condition of press idling.Furthermore, the corresponding calculation method was put forward, and the change relationships between the natural frequency and amplitude and the eccentric gear rotation angular velocity were obtained to avoid the resonance phenomenon of press.On the basis of theoretical calculation, further testing and data analysis, the change relationships among eccentricity,quality and amplitude of eccentric gear were obtained under the given speed to provide a reasonable optimization scheme for the vibration design of press idling.
