管材无芯弯曲中回弹规律的研究

摘    要:作为管材弯曲变形研究的一部分,在大量试验的基础上开展了管材弯曲回弹的实验研究,利用沿弯曲线切向和管壁厚方向的变形关系,推导出基于弯管外侧材料变形卸载后弯曲回弹角的近似计算公式.并对影响管材弯曲回弹的变形条件和材料力学性能进行了简要分析.

Abstract:As a part of the research on the tube bending deformation, the study on the back-bounding of tube bending is carried out based on lots of experiments. By making use of the deforming relation along the tangential direction of bending line and the direction of the tube-wall thickness, the approximate calculating formula of bending back-bounding corner based on the unloading of deformation in outboard material of bending tube is deduced. Moreover, the condition of deformation and the property of material mechanics that influence the back-bounding of tube bending are briefly analyzed.
