摘    要:针对大型卷板机上辊挠曲变形的补偿难题,利用ANSYS有限元优化方法,对某21 m大型船用卷板机的上辊支承辊的数量、位置及施加载荷的分布进行了合理优化,进而提出了挠度补偿措施.结合有限元分析方法分别得到了上辊和上梁在优化载荷作用下和整体模型在工作载荷作用下的挠曲变形,并对预补偿后的情况进行了分析,补偿后上辊的最大挠度是0...
