摘    要:锻造模具的冷却润滑不仅关系着模具寿命和锻造产品的质量,也是制约锻造生产实现自动化、无人化的最重要的因素。研究模具在锻造过程中的温升和冷却机理是研发冷却润滑系统的基础。通过对锻造过程中模具吸热与散热过程进行计算,分析了锻造模具的冷却传热过程。在此基础上,分析了冷却水的水冷作用,并根据模具的温升计算了冷却模具所需要的水量。最后,为了验证分析计算的可靠性,实测了两种不同锻造设备的模具温度,并与计算值进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,计算值与实测值偏差为8%,近似度较好,可以为模具冷却润滑系统的研发提供理论基础。


Temperature rising and cooling and lubrication technology for forging die
Abstract:The cooling and lubrication of forging die is not only related to the life of die and the quality of forging products, but also is one of the most critical reasons that restrict the automation and unmanned production of forging. The study of the temperature rising and cooling mechanism during the forging process is the basis of developing cooling and lubricating system. Therefore, the cooling and heat transfer process of the forging die was analyzed by calculating the process of heat absorption and heat dissipation in the forging process. On this ba-sis, the cooling effect of cooling water was analyzed, and the water quantity needed for cooling die was calculated according to the die tem-perature. Finally, in order to verify the reliability of the analysis and calculation, the die temperatures of two different forging equipment were measured and compared with the calculated values. The results show that the deviation between the calculation value and the meas-ured value is 8%, and the approximation is better, which can provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of the cooling and lubrication system of die.
