摘    要:为了研究全液压地下卷取机在胀径阶段热轧带钢层间的应力和卷筒压力的分布规律,在考虑带钢不同厚度、不同卷取层数和摩擦影响的前提下,推导了热轧带钢在胀径前,卷筒压力的递推公式.计算结果表明:随着带钢层数的增加,带钢的法向应力有增大的趋势;随着带钢厚度的增加,带钢的拉应力有减小的趋势.研究结果对于研究卷筒的胀径过程和提高带钢的卷取质量有参考价值.

Abstract:In order to study the rules of layers stress and pressure distribution in the expansion course of hot-rolled strip steel for the full-hydraulic underground coiler machine,the recursive formula of coiler pressure was derived in considering the strip steel different thickness,different layers,and friction influence before coiler expansion for hot-rolled strip steel.The results show that normal stress of strip has an upward trend with the increase strip layers,and tensile stress of strip steel has a downward t...
