摘    要:本文对马鞋6061铝合金塑性成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟分析,模拟发现了坯料充不满等缺陷.通过改进模具结构,数值模拟表明:采用阻料设计可防止缺陷的产生,并提高材料的利用率,降低成形压力.

Abstract:In this paper, we studies the plastic forming technology of the horse shoe which is made by 6061 aluminum alloy and simulates the forming process which runs in DEFORM 3D software. From the simulation results, we found the insufficient forming at the top of the part. So we improve the die structure to control the material flow and simulated again and the material flows effectively. It has been shown that finite element simulation can improve the forging process design level greatly.
