| 摘 要： | 在板件冲压成形模具的计算机辅助设计与制造过程中首先要分析板件的表面数据,阐述了曲面板件三维模型数据的提取与分析方法,将板件模型进行平置处理,并计算板件成形时的模具压力中心,同时,结合水泵叶片模型数据,阐述叶片三维模型表面数据的提取与处理过程.该方法为曲面板件成形模具的设计及其自动化加工提供了一种数据处理的途径.

| Abstract: | The surface data of the curved sheet must be analyzed in die CAD & CAM.The method of getting the surface data of the curved sheet is expounded.Flatting the three dimensional model,the center of the forming press is computed.At the same time,the way of treating the vane model is also described.A method for die design and automatic manufacturing is proven. |
