基于PLC和触摸屏的电动折弯机控制系统研究

摘    要:折弯机在钣金制造加工中具有十分重要的地位。针对液压折弯机生产效率低、折弯精度不够高的现状,提出了一种基于伺服电机直接驱动的全电动折弯机数控系统。以PLC作为系统的下位机,触摸屏作为上位机,采用并行结构方式作为折弯机的同步控制方案。该系统结构简单,人机交互方便,可维护性和可移植性好;实验验证Y轴上的定位精度达到了±0.01 mm,重复定位精度达到了±0.001 mm,能够很好地满足折弯机对同步控制的要求。
