摘    要:破裂和起皱是拉深成形的主要缺陷,严重影响零件的表面成形质量.合理布置拉深筋是减少破裂和起皱的有效方法之一.将正交试验设计方法和有限元数值模拟相结合,以拉深筋阻力为设计变量,以板料厚度的分布为质量目标函数,对拉深筋进行优化设计.将这种方法应用到Numisheef93的前翼子板拉深件成形中,经过优化设计的成形结果,无论是在防止破裂,还是在减少起皱方面上都得到了较好的效果,并且这种方法可以明显地减少计算次数,提高优化效率.

Abstract:Crack and wrinkle are the main defects in stamping process.The reasonable arrangement of draw beads can decrease the defects and improve the forming quality.The combination of orthogonal design of experiments method with FEM simulation was applied to optimize the arrangement of draw beads,taking drawbeads' restraining forces as design parameters and the distribution of thickness as objective function.The method was validated to simulate the drawing problem in NUMISHEET'93 case-front fender Nissan's Infiniti...
