金属薄板直壁件数字化渐进成形过程的实验研究

摘    要:金属薄板直壁件的成形是数字化渐进成形技术中的热点和难点之一。本文基于数字化渐进成形的基本原理提出了一种加工金属直壁件的方法,在实验中研究金属薄板直壁件的成形过程,了解直壁成形机理和控制成形过程的工艺措施。

Abstract:It is a key and difficult point for sheet metal digital incremental forming to produce straight-wall parts directly. According to the general mechanism of sheet metal digital incremental forming, a method is introduced to form the straight-wall parts successfully. In this paper, the straight-wall parts' forming process is studied by means of experiments, in order to know how the straight-wall is formed and how to control the forming process.
