摘    要:介绍了用于金属塑性成形中的有限元法,系统地讨论了有限元模拟中的关键技术,即几何模型的建立、单元类型的选择、网格的划分与重划分、接触和摩擦问题等技术,并结合实例说明了三维有限元模拟在金属塑性成形领域中的具体应用。最后,基于现存问题提出了自己的见解。

Abstract:This paper introduces resumptively the finite element methods used in metal forming and discusses the key technique of finite element simulation, which includes geometrical modeling, element type selecting, meshing and remeshing, contact and friction problem In addition, the particular application of three dimensional finite element simulation in metal forming was shown combined with a practical example In the end, opinions were advanced based on existing problems
