摘    要:通过采用实验,研究了空心双拐曲轴内高压成形中压力参数的作用,完成了不同补料压力下的工艺实验,并对起皱,开裂等缺陷的产生原因进行了分析,确定了内高压成形空心双拐曲轴的成形区间,指出了摩擦润滑在内高压成形中重要性.

Abstract:Tube hydroforming is a process to manufacture lightweight components, especially automotive parts, with advantages of cost and weight reduction, better structural integrity and increased strength and stiffness over the conventional process. In this paper, an investigation is conducted to the effect of the feeding pressure on experiment of hollow crankshaft hydroforming. One of typical failure modes such as wrinkling and splitting occurred due to unreasonable pressure is analyzed. The zone of hydroforming process window is confirmed. The important of friction lubrication in tube hydromorming is pointed out.
