摘    要:介绍了大型模锻液压机C形板预应力机架的结构,建立了基于整体结构的模锻压机有限元计算模型,对比计算了分别采用5件和6件C形板组成立柱的组合预紧机架的变形和应力;分析研究了采用钢板组合预应力机架的C形板结构设计、制造特点.综合考虑了C形板制造工序及生产效率,优化选择5件C形板组成立柱的组合预应力机架.通过大型模锻液压机机架...

Abstract:The structure of C-plate used for pre-stressing-frame of large close-die forging press was introduced.FEA calculating model of complete machine for close-die forging press was set up,the deformation and stress of the combined pre-stressing-frame with columns each made up of 5 or 6 C-plates respectively were compared and calculated.The structure design and manufacture features of C-plate used for plate-combined pre-stressing-frame of large close-die forging press were analyzed and studied.The combined pre-stressing-frame with columns composed of 5 C-plates was optimized and selected with comprehensive consideration of fabricating process and manufacturing efficiency for C-plate.The application is proved by the actual manufacturing and erecting process for the frame of China Erzhong 800 MN large close-die forging press.
