花键轴高效精密批量化生产工艺的合理性探讨

花键轴零件被广泛应用于汽车、航天航空、工程机械等领域,需求量的剧增和使用要求的不断提高,对目前花键轴的生产工艺及能力提出了新的挑战。本文分析了现有的花键轴零件生产工艺,包括切削加工和塑性成形加工,介绍了花键轴零件生产工艺的新进展,指出我国今后发展花键轴零件先进生产工艺的主要任务,并探讨了我国实现花键轴零件高效精密批量化生产工艺的合理性。

Investigation on rationality of high-efficient precision and batch production process for spline shaft

Spline shaft parts are widely applied in the industry of automotive,aerospace and engineering machinery,etc..The new challenge to the current production process and production capacity of spline shaft part is put forward for the rapid increase of demand and continuous enhancement of requirement.The existing production process of spline shaft part was analyzed,including cutting process and plastic forming process.The new development of production process of spline shaft part was introduced and the main task of developing the advanced production process of spline shaft part in the future was pointed out.The rationality of high-efficient precision and batch production process of spline shaft part finally was discussed.
