锥形模正挤压变形力的一种解析解

摘    要:基于滑移线场的简化流动模型,运用数学方法求解出了一种锥形模正挤压变形力的最佳上限解,并将该上限解用通用解析式表达出来。根据最佳上限解与滑移线解一致的原理,该解析式可作为求解锥形模正挤压变形力的理想通用公式。最后运用作图法得到的数值解验证了该通用解析式的正确性。

Abstract:The deforming force of tone-die direct extrusion is solved by a mathematic method based on the simplified flow model of slip line field. The optimum upper bound solution is also represented in analytic mode. According to the unanimity rule between the optimum upper bound solution and the slip line field solution, the analytic solution can be used as a general formula for solving the deforming force of cone-die direct extrusion. At last, the analytic solution is certificated by the arithmetic solution of graphing method.
