Φ35m环形炉管坯加热温度的研究

摘    要:针对包钢Ф35m环形炉存在的影响管坯加热质量的问题,采用智能温度测试仪(“黑匣子”)测试环形炉加热管坯的温度,找出影响环形炉管坯加热质量的因素;并以测试数据为依据,优化环形炉温度制度和热负荷分配等工艺制度,从而达到减少管坯氧化烧损,改善穿制毛管质量,提高轧管成材率,稳定生产过程的目的。

Abstract:Addressing the problems of the Φ35 m rotary hearth furnace of Baogang with respect to billet heating quality,temperature of billets as heated thereby is measured by the intelligent temperature-measurement instrument (the "Black Box")to identify the elements responsible for billet heating quality. Based on the data as measured,relevant process procedures such as the heating temperature range and thermal load distribution in the furnace are optimized so as to reduce the billet burning loss,improve the pierced shell quality,enhance the yield and stabilize the manufacture process.
