连铸圆管坯中间裂纹对钢管质量的影响

摘    要:采用连铸圆管坯进行穿孔及轧管的试验结果表明,使用有中间裂纹的连铸圆管坯轧制钢管,钢管会产生条带状内折和鳞片状内折;使用有缺陷的连铸圆管坯穿孔,毛管在调整正常的顶头前会形成"缺陷孔腔",这是使用连铸圆管坯轧制钢管产生内折的一个原因,也是区别于使用锻造和轧制圆管坯轧制钢管的一个特点。

Abstract:The results of experimental operations of pipe-piercing and rolling with CC rounds show that using CC rounds bearing intermediate cracks as tube stocks may cause defective internal stripped folds and scaled folds of the final products. With any of such CC rounds,the so called"defective cavity"is to be formed in the pierced shell just in front of the well-set plug,and thus lead to the occurrence of the said internal fold defects of the pipe,which is a characteristic that differs from the pipe-rolling with the forged or round billet.
