摘    要:在现有Mini-MPM连轧管机孔型参数的基础上,按照顶部延伸系数分配法,开发出194 mm系列连轧管机孔型,同时重新设计穿孔机顶头;统计194 mm系列孔型生产Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm规格石油套管和Φ178mm×9 mm规格车轴管的成材率和壁厚情况。分析认为:设计的194 mm系列孔型是可行的;采用194 mm系列孔型轧制的两个规格产品,其产品质量稳定,且成材率高。

Abstract:Based on the pass parameters of the existing Mini-MPM mandrel mill, the 194 mm series passes are developed according to the distribution method of top elongation coefficient,and in turn the piercer plug is re-designed.Statistics is conducted,covering the yield and wall thickness data of the Φ139.7 mm×7.72 mm oil casing and the Φ178 mm×9 mm axle pipe as produced with the 194 mm series passes. It is regarded via the analysis that the said 194 mm series passes are practicable,and production of the above mentioned pipes with the two sizes as rolled with the passes features consistent product quality and high yield.
