GCr15钢滚珠丝杠倾斜感应器淬火的质量分析

摘    要:本文采用倾斜30°感应器的表面感应加热淬火工艺处理了Ф40mm GCr15钢滚珠丝杠。金相观察和显微硬度测量结果表明,滚珠丝杠齿底部位的硬化层硬度及硬化层深度可以满足Ф40mm规格滚珠丝杠的技术要求。因此,Ф40mm规格以下的GCr15钢滚珠丝杠可以采用倾斜感应器的表面感应加热淬火新工艺。

Abstract:In this paper Ф40 mm GCr15 steel ball screw was quenched by induction heating with a 30° tilt- ed inductor. For hardened layer microstructure was observed by metallurgie microscopec, and hardness was measured by microhardness tester. The experimental results showed that both the depth and hardness of the grooves could meet the technical requirements of duction quenching process using a tilted inductior can and lower diameters. Ф 40 mm ball screw. Therefore the new surface in- be used for GCr15 steel ball screws with 640 mm and lower diameters.
