金属材料的空蚀研究进展

摘    要:综述了空蚀的基本原理、研究空蚀的实验设备、空蚀程度的表示方法、空蚀评价指标的研究现状和抗空蚀金属材料的选择原则及几种最新型耐空材料,指出了目前抗空蚀金属材料的研究热点和未来的发展方向。

Abstract:After the background and meanings of cavitation erosion research,the two famous hypothesises for the fundamental theory,i.e.shock-wave and micro-jet impingement; the main test facilities,e.g.a rotating disk test rig and the vibratory cavitation erosion apparatus; characterization and evaluating indexes of cavitation erosion are introduced in this paper.The choosing principles for the metallic materials to resist cavitation erosion as well as the several new kinds of cavitation erosion resistant metallic materials have been reviewed.The research focus of such metallic materials at present and the trend of its development in the future have also been pointed out.It is necessary to continue the research of fundamental theory of cavitation erosion,especially the research of the incubation period,and at the same time,developing new metallic materials to resolve practical problems is an urgent work.
