摘    要:本文通过试验研究,研制出一种高效长寿命金刚石圆锯片的胎体配方,并测出其机械性能及共锯片刀头的性能。该胎体具有良好的韧性、较高的强度、适度的硬度及对金刚石良好的包镶性能,其最突出的性能是烧结后金刚石强度反而提高了9.48%,同时分析了胎体内高致密度固溶置换合金W-Cu-Ni及金刚石表面化学吸附层的形成是胎体具有优越性能的原因,并制作出锯片在室内进行了少量切割试验,从而证明了这种配方的现场使用价值。

Abstract:In this article, a kind of matrix for diamond circular saw blade with high cutting efficiency and long lifetime was developed. Test on the mechanical properties of the matrix and on the performances of the blades indicated that the matrix has appropriate hardness and wearability,high tenacity low damagemant and high set ability to diamond. This is due to the solid solution intensified alloy W-Cu-Ni with high density formed in the matrix and chemically adsorbed material formed on the diamond surface. A prototype of diamond saw blade was made with this matrix and used to cut rocks in laboratory. The results proved its practical value.
