摘    要:本文基于试验和理论分析,深入研究了氧化铝陶瓷缓进给磨削过程,测量了磨削力、磨削能、磨头功率;利用回归分析方法获得了磨削力和磨削能的经验公式;分析了磨削参数对磨削力、磨削能、磨头功率的影响规律;在上述分析的基础上,探讨了工程陶瓷在缓进给磨削方式下的高效磨削方法。

Abstract:With consideration of the practical situation of low productivity and high cost of engineering ceramics when machining, the grinding process of alumina ceramics (Al 2O 3) in creep-feed grinding was investigated systematically in this paper. Three grinding parameters of alumina under creep-feed grinding process, namely grinding force, grinding energy and specific grinding energy were surveyed with the aid of orthogonal experiments and the effects of grinding parameters on them were analyzed. Furthermore, empirical formulas of grinding force and specific grinding were obtained and the mechanism of ceramic material under creep-feed grinding was explored, then a high-efficiency method for grinding ceramics in creep-feed grinding was discussed.
