摘    要:本文采用在线电解修整磨削技术,对经渗碳处理后的冷轧钢进行超精密镜面磨削试验,获得表面粗糙度达Ra6~8 nm的加工表面.实验结果表明:采用微细粒度、高硬度铸铁基金刚石砂轮、提高砂轮线速度和减小磨削深度可有效地提高表面质量,降低表面粗糙度;磨削过程中,砂轮线速度、磨削深度、磨削液是影响加工表面质量的主要因素.

Abstract:In this paper,the electrolytic in-process dressing(ELID) grinding technique is adopted for ultra-precision grinding of carbonized cold-rolled steel.A surface roughness of Ra6~8 nm was obtained after ELID precision grinding.The results proved that using micro grain sized(M0.5/1.5~M18/36) and cast iron based diamond wheels can effectively improve the ground surface quality and the surface hardness by increasing grinding speed to 18~20 m/s and reducing grinding depth to 0.1~1.5 μm.Effect of other influencing factors such as grinding speed,as well as grinding depth and grinding fluid are also discussed.
