PLC控制自动推杆式小锯片烧结设备的研究

摘    要:本文根据自动推杆式金刚石小锯片连续烧结设备的结构特点,以西门子S7—200PLC为核心,中央处理单元采用S7—200的CPU224和两个EM223的输入/输出混合扩展模块,构成可编程控制系统,解决了目前采用的继电接触式控制系统故障率高的问题。利用PLC的模拟电位器设定烧成时间范围,用计算机监控程序运行状态,记录累计产量。试验结果表明,PLC控制增加了系统的稳定性,降低了故障率,经过试验,实现了节能大于1%、增产大于3%、提高生产效率和产品质量的效果,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:According to the structure characteristics of automatic push-rod type furnace for small diameter saw blade sintering, a PLC system was established to aid the commonly used relay contact controlling system, which is often failuresome,in the setting and supervising of sintering temperature. The new PLC system is constituted with Simens PLC S7 -200 as key part, together with S7 -200 CPU 224 and two EM223 input/output extended modules. Experiment results showed that the PLC control increased the stability of the system, and lowered the failure rate, saved energy consumption by 1% , increased production by 3% , improved the production efficiency and product quality.
