| 摘 要： | 对化学镀和电镀金属镀层的金刚石在空气和真空中进行高温热处理，用扫描电镜观察热处理后的表面形貌，分析了镀覆金刚石的高温耐蚀性及热腐蚀机理。

| Abstract: | Diamond deposited with coatings of metals by electroless and electroplating is given a heattreatment athigh temperature, shape of diamond surface after heat-treatment is observed by Scan Electron Microscope, resistance of diamondto heat corrosion are dicsussed and a mechanism of heat corrosion of diamond is proposed. |
