摘    要:本文系统论述了金刚石、立方氮化硼超硬磨料与典型金属界面的界面反应、界面结构及界面结合问题。按照金属与金刚珠界面作用结果,将典型金属分为:与金刚石界面反应形成稳定碳化物的亲和性金属,如钛、 钨铬、钼等;与金则石界面不反应的惰性金属,如铜等;与金刚石界面接触促使金刚石石墨化的石墨化金属,如铁、钴、镍等。讨论了亲和性金属与超硬磨料界面反应形成化合的的条件及化合物的结构特征与界面结合经度的关系,从而给出了

Abstract:The interface reaction, interface construction and bond between super-hard abrasive (diamond and CBN)and metals are discussed. According to the results of the interface action, the metals are classilied as following three kinds.one is the rmne metals that can react with the diamond to form steady carbides, such as Ti, W, Cr, Mo etc. other is the inertmetals that have not any action with the diamond, such as Cu etc. the third is catalyst metals that promote the transformationof the diamond into graphite when the metals come into contact with the diamond at high temperature, such as Fe, Co, Ni etc.The conditions of making strong bond between the amne metals and the diamond are given by test results of the interface bondstrength and interface reaction. Industry application effect of some coating super-hard abrasive is analyzed on the basis of thesetheory and test results.
