预应力模具钢带缠绕机结构设计与有限元分析

摘    要:根据预应力模具钢带缠绕过程中大张力、变张力的载荷特点,设计了一台由机架、开卷机构、夹紧机构、张力检测机构、缠绕机构等组成的钢带缠绕机,提出了两种钢带缠绕机机架结构形式.采用与SolidWorks软件集成的有限元分析软件SolidWorks Simulation,分析了两种方案机架的变形、应力和应变,可为钢带缠绕机结构设计提供依据.

Abstract:A strip winding equipment is developed based on the properties of heavy duty and variable load during winding process,which consists of frame,uncoiler,clamping device,tension measuring unit and winding device.Two kinds of frame structure are presented.Analyses of deformation,stress and strain of frame concerning with the two kinds of structure are carried out by employing the FEM code SolidWorks Simulation built in SolidWorks,which can be utilized in the structure design of strip winding equipment.
