数控螺杆铣床床身结构的动态优化设计

摘    要:以数控螺杆铣床床身为研究对象,利用结构动态设计原理和有限元分析软件的变童化分析技术,对其作动态特性分析并对其结构进行优化设计.动态特性分析结果表明原始床身的低阶固有频率偏低且与机床的激振频率接近,容易产生共振并影响机床的稳定切削.为此根据床身的结构特点,提取床身的典型元结构进行变量分析,以元结构分析结果为依据,对床身结构做优化设计,结果表明经优化后床身的动态性能显著提高,达到了设计要求的目标.

Abstract:By using the theory of dynamic design and the method of finite element analysis software,the dynamic characteristic analysis of CNC screw milling machine bed is finished.Result of analysis shows that low-order natural frequencies are too low and it is on the side of machine vibration frequency that easily leads to resonance and influences machine stability cutting.In this condition,according to the structural characteristic of the machine bed,typical element structure is extracted and analyzed by variable p...
